We can supply, transport, install and manage everything you need to make your event safe, functional and successful. Alongside this we can also offer a fully managed installation and de-rig service.

Ground Protection

With a large stock of ground protection mats suitable for pedestrian and vehicle use for loads up to 80 tonnes. Vehicle movement can become very difficult on many event sites in challenging weather conditions. With our stock we can cater for an entrance way for wedding parking, a full carpark covering for outdoor shows or just a walkway to keep your guests out of the mud. Our trackway can be installed as a modular system to enable any layout or as a continuous line to create a road or pathway.

Picnic Benches

We stock a large quantity of 6ft and 4ft picnic benches to cater for all manner of events, whether that is a local community show, National Horse Trials or TV & Film filming location.

Concrete Marquee Weights

We have concrete marquee weights ranging from half tonne and one tonne, perfect for marquees, tents and other temporary structures.

However, we do also have a selection of two and half tonne beton block which can be installed by us as vehicle mitigation blocks for Street Fairs or shopping areas or as road closure blocks. The blocks also serve well as a deterrent for vehicles to open sites under construction or redevelopment.

Gators

We stock top of the range John Deere Gators and Utility Vehicles to help with a cost effective and efficient way of accessing your event site with ease. Versatile, utility task vehicle designed for both work and play. Known for its rugged durability and powerful performance, the Gator is equipped with a robust engine that provides excellent acceleration and towing capabilities. Its spacious cargo bed can handle heavy loads, making it ideal for agricultural, construction, and recreational use.

Picket Fencing

2.4m sections of white Duralock picket fencing, perfect for Agricultural shows, VIP areas or any other event. We also stock the corner pieces and are housed in purpose built stillages for easy loading and unloading.

Drinking water bowsers

We own and operate a large number of drinking water bowsers that can be hired as sterile empty units or as a fully managed service. Our bowsers are an ideal alternative to bottled water for both sporting events and all other events where there are high volumes of people that need to keep hydrated. We have fully trained operatives that sterilise, test and fill our bowsers. Available on a short or long-term basis where a re-filling service is also available.

Tables and Chairs

We supply chairs and trestle tables ideal for your event needs. Both durable and easy to clean they can be used outside for stalls and fairs as well as at sporting events.

Accommodation Options

If you are in need of a base for your event site, then we can help. We can supply offices, ticket booths and welfare vehicles as well as containers catering for any size of event.

Temporary Storage

We can store branding and equipment for you between your events and provide secure storage on event sites. With the ability to transport a range of storage containers to you across the UK using our own transport, owning both flatbed, curtainside and crane lorries we can deliver anywhere.

Sales

Events Crew Sales offers both new and second hand items for sale. With our fabrication department we can also offer custom made bespoke items

Events Crew can deliver either large or small items, we can also facilitate collection also, but please call before visiting.
